HOLDE

Terms of Use

Effective 15 October 2026 · HOLDE (business registration pending)

By using HOLDE, you agree to these terms. HOLDE is currently operated while business registration is pending.

What HOLDE does

HOLDE keeps a car's service history in one place. You can photograph a receipt, review what was read, save the record, and ask questions about that car's history.

Your account

You must be 18 or older. Keep your sign-in details safe and make sure information you upload is yours to use. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Open beta

HOLDE is in open beta. Features may change or be removed while we improve the service. If paid features are introduced, we will give reasonable notice before charging you.

Your records

AI and vehicle information

HOLDE uses Google Gemini to read receipts and answer questions. AI can miss or misread information. Review details before saving them.

HOLDE is not a mechanical inspection and does not replace a qualified mechanic, your logbook or the manufacturer's advice. Records, reminders and answers may be incomplete or out of date. Do not use HOLDE alone to decide whether a vehicle is safe to drive.

Acceptable use

Do not break the law, access another person's data, overload the service, copy or resell HOLDE, or attempt to reverse engineer it.

Ending your account

You can delete your account and data from Settings or by contacting hello@holde.au. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms and will explain why where we can.

Availability and liability

We work to keep HOLDE available, but cannot promise it will always be available or error free. Keep your own copy of important records. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes and contact

We will tell you about material changes in the app or by email. Questions about these terms: hello@holde.au.
